AST is an astronomy outreach company and we certainly understand that weather can interfere with telescope viewing and sometimes drives a complete cancellation of an event at the last minute. If inclement weather results in a change in your planned event, the charge will be calculated for only the actual involvement time of AST in the revised event. In the case of complete cancellation due to inclement weather, there will be no charge at all.
