BASIC PRICING
Basic pricing for a standard one hour presentation is $100.00.
Telescope Viewing Events and Solar Viewing Events are $200.00 for the first hour and $100.00 for each additional hour. Minimum charge is the first hour ($200.00). Subsequent time after the first hour is charged as a percentage of hours and is only the actual time that AST is actively involved in the event. Supporting operations such as transportation of AST personnel and AST equipment to and from the event, set up, use, and tear down of all AST equipment, are not additionally charged since they are all included in the basic pricing.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
All additional charges will be known and agreed upon prior to the event.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Events outside of the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area will have an additional charge added for travel expenses involved.
- Events at rugged off-road locations will have an additional charge for the need to use the specially equipped AST four wheel drive vehicle.
- Large events may require additional AST personnel which may incur an additional charge.
- ‘Take Home’ items for event attendees such as signed certificates, solar viewing glasses, planispheres, etc., will have an additional charge depending on the value of the items.
All additional charges will be known and agreed upon prior to the event.
